Alliance leaders can transfer leadership to another member.
Automatic Leadership Transfer
If the current Alliance Leader is offline for an extended period of time, leadership may be automatically passed to an active and highly contributing member.
Role of the Deputy
Each Alliance can have a Deputy, who can carry out most of the Leader’s responsibilities.
This is useful if the Leader needs to take a short break or be temporarily unavailable.
Deputies cannot promote themselves to Leader, but they help ensure smooth Alliance operation.
Requesting a Leader Change Manually
If needed, it's also possible to request a leadership change through Support. Here's how:

A leadership change is usually approved if:
The current Leader has been offline for more than a month.
