Please check the inbox in the game shop one more time. Scroll down the list of items you already have, perhaps you just missed the Coins.

If there is no sign of VIP coins please contact us via in-game chat or website and provide your game ID. It is found in the bottom corner of the game settings window (tap to copy it to the clipboard). Please also specify the number of days, which you didn't receive your VIP coins for.
