Not sure what to do with all those resources you've collected? It's time to build workbenches! Open building mode by tapping the white house icon in the top-right corner of your screen while on your Ranch. Each workbench lets you craft different items — food, weapons, tools, gear, and more.

Workbenches can be upgraded to unlock new recipes. But remember: the floor beneath them must also be upgraded to do so.

Resource Processing

These workbenches turn raw materials into usable crafting components:

• Carpenter Table – Cuts logs into planks.

• Stonecutter – Turns stone into blocks.

• Foundry – Smelts ore into metal bars.

• Leather Dryer – Dries hides and weaves rope and leather.

Cooking & Food

For preparing meals and food-related items:

• Bonfire – Basic cooking station for simple meals.

• Kitchen – A more advanced cooking table for proper dishes.

• Field – Lets you plant seeds and grow crops.

• Well – Fills empty canteens with clean water.

• Encyclopedia – Shows all known dishes, their ingredients, effects, and what you've already tried.

Clothing & Armor

For making gear to protect yourself:

• Loom – Makes cloth from fibers.

• Armor Workbench – Crafts clothing and armor.

Tools & Weapons

Stations for making the gear you fight and gather with:

• Tool Bench – Creates tools like axes and pickaxes.

• Forge – Builds melee weapons.

• Gun Workbench – Makes firearms and weapon parts.

Medicine & Chemicals

Create healing items and explosives here:

• Herbalist Table – Produces bandages and herbal infusions.

• Laboratory – Used for making medicine, chemicals, and dynamite.

Maintenance & Recycling

Keep your gear in shape or break down old stuff:

• Repair Bench – Repairs worn-out items.

• Dismantling Bench – Dismantles unwanted gear into raw materials.

Animal Baiting

• Bait Workbench – Craft baits to lure animals for hunting or taming.
