Try the following: reboot your device and reinstall the game. Make sure the game was connected to your Google Play / Game Center / Amazon / Huawei / Telegram account (depending on your device), otherwise your progress might be lost.

If the issue still persists, please send us a bug report. To do this, tap 10 times on the top left corner of the screen whilst loading. This will trigger the game to send us a bug report.
