Please contact us from the in-game Settings menu to let us double-check your transactions. Also we need a transaction ID or a receipt. 

If you play on an Android device, you can find it here:

• Go to pay.google.com.
• Find Other purchase activity.
• Select View purchases.
• Select an order to see your receipt.

If it's an iOS device, you can find it here:

• Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
• A list of your recent purchases appears.
